The journalist Nancy Banks Smith once wrote of Jaci Stephen that "She will grow up to be Mae West - if nobody strangles her first." Thankfully, having avoided a premature meeting with the Grim Reaper, Jaci went on to enjoy a successful career as a broadcaster and journalist, winning several awards for her writing on both sides of the Atlantic. Still a high profile writer on the Daily Mail, where her TV column has been appearing for over 27 years (in addition to writing features for both the Daily Mail and The Times), she indulged her lifelong obsession with property when she became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York, where she moved in 2013.

Passionate about the ways in which real estate and architecture reflect our changing lifestyles, she is keen to bring her writing skills to present property in ever more creative ways. Having conducted many interviews through her work as a journalist, she seeks to establish a close relationship with clients, treating them as individuals with specific needs. To this end, she is also intent on matching the personality of a property to its potential new owner. Houses have feelings, too!

Having built up a substantial network of media contacts over many years, Jaci also believes she is in a unique position to obtain maximum exposure for her clients.

Jaci splits her time between New York and the UK and is affiliated to Nest Seekers both in London and Manhattan.
